Beta support is handled by email and responses may take longer than a production support service.

Email support@usehilltop.com with your account email, workspace name and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, refresh tokens or secret keys.
Security and privacy
Put “Security” or “Privacy” in the subject line for sensitive reports. For deletion requests, use the Data deletion instructions.
